Property Maintenance & Management

Owning a home in Italy should be all about enjoying the experience, not stressing over the details. That’s why we offer Property Management Services.

Our story

We’ve been visiting Italy for many years, and at a certain point, we had the opportunity to buy a second (holiday) home here.

Owning a house in Italy while living and working abroad is a fantastic experience. But we also know from personal experience how challenging it can be to manage a second home from a distance.

In the early years, we used a property manager to help take care of our homes. We quickly learned that it involves a lot more than you might expect. Appointments are often made in person, you may need to visit someone to pay a bill, or a service provider might want to meet you before starting a working relationship.

You end up dealing with a wide range of parties: the local municipality, utility companies, maintenance providers, the police, insurance agents—you name it.

Today, we live in Italy with our family. In addition to Dutch and English, we also speak Italian and have a solid understanding of local customs and ways of working. We know how things work, where to go, and we’ve built up a trusted network of reliable contacts.

Our experience—both as remote second-home owners and now as residents of Italy—forms the foundation of the service we offer: professional and personal property management for people just like us.
